Android Developer

Job TitleThis position is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future. The start date is planned for June/July. The interview process consists of two rounds, with the first being virtual and the second in-person.Required Skills & Qualifications5-7 years of experience in Android Platforms - Development using Kotlin and/or Java.Development experience in Core Java.Experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium.Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, Swift UI, and extensive knowledge of XCode.Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with continuous integration & Unit tests.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera APIs, etc.Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelop automation scripts, test, and release to the app store.Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes, and estimates.Drive best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools.Design, develop, and prototype Android mobile applications for phone and tablets for internal and external use.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
