Merchandiser Sign On Bonus

Merchandiser

Eligible new hires will receive a $2,950 Sign On Bonus, payable in 4 installments. The first installment of $200 will be paid after 30 days, the second installment of $500 will be paid after 90 days, the third installment of $750 will be paid after 180 days, and the final installment of $1,500 will be paid after 365 days of continuous employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payment to receive the bonus. This offer is subject to change or termination at the company's discretion. This retention bonus offer does not apply to rehires.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8hrs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams
