This is a full-time evening position working approximately 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, five days per week. Occasional daytime training sessions and staff meetings may be required. What You'll Be Doing As a janitorial worker, you'll take ownership of maintaining clean, safe, and professional spaces. Your work may include: Cleaning and sanitizing offices, common areas, and restroomsVacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, spot cleaning, and floor buffingRemoving trash and restocking suppliesDusting surfaces, washing walls, and cleaning windowsMaintaining sanitation, hygiene, and safety standardsIdentifying and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazardsMonitoring janitorial supplies and submitting inventory needsUsing commercial cleaning equipment safely and correctlyFollowing OSHA, facility, and organizational safety procedures You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Show up on time and can be counted onWork well independently without needing constant supervisionNotice the details others might missTake pride in leaving a space better than you found itAre comfortable staying active throughout your shiftValid drivers license, valid insurance, and reliable personal vehicle required Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, environmental services, or facilities experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with strong reliability and transferable experience. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers and vacuums, is a plus. Physical Requirements This is an active role that requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must meet applicable background check requirements.
