Radiology Technologist – Mammography & General X-Ray | Mammography

Start Date: 07/20/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | Weekly pay: $586-$609 per week | Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week | Shift: 4 days/week, 9-hour days (7:30am–5:00pm) with 1–2 nights of on-call; no weekend shifts
This travel assignment is in a hospital-based setting and focuses on both screening/diagnostic mammography and general radiology exams. The role includes participation in the general X-ray call rotation and adherence to patient safety and imaging quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures with attention to image quality and patient safety
- Conduct general radiology (X-ray) exams as needed, ensuring proper technique and positioning
- Participate in the general X-ray call rotation to support departmental coverage
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to departmental imaging protocols
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and communicate clearly with patients and staff
- Assist with routine equipment checks and quality control activities as assigned

Requirements
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography certification required
- All mammography documentation, training, and required exams completed
- Experience in both mammography and general radiology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team; strong communication and patient-care skills
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States and readiness to commit to a 4-day, 36-hour workweek with on-call nights
