Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Days or Nights, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends | Pay: $31.86 to $46.28/hr depending on experience + $4.50 night / $1.50 weekend shift differential | Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 day / $20,000 night (subject to Q3 review) | Relocation: Case by case Overview We are seeking a compassionate ICU Stepdown RN to provide care for patients requiring close monitoring, complex interventions, and frequent assessments. Responsibilities Collect comprehensive patient data and perform clinical assessments. Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team. Apply clinical judgment to manage safe and effective patient care. Monitor critical vital signs and intervene in life‑threatening situations. Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments. Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and interventions. Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year recent ICU Stepdown RN experience. Consideration given to candidates with 3 years Cardiac PCU or Multisystem PCU experience. Florida RN license or compact multistate RN license (Florida license must be obtained within 60 days if relocating). RN Diploma or Associate Degree (BSN preferred). NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire. BCLS certification or BCLS Instructor within 30 days of hire. ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. Preferred Experience caring for patients on drips and long-term ventilators. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork focus.
