The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, leads the retail team, drives sales performance, and ensures an exceptional customer experience while maintaining inventory, visual standards, and budget objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain efficient workflows.
- Develop staff schedules and coordinate team coverage.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store employees.
- Manage sales activities and support revenue goals.
- Control inventory and help prevent product loss.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Track performance and manage the store budget.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management.
