Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Long Beach, CA, 90813
Required Skills: Continuous Improvement, Data Analysis and Manipulation, AS9100 Experience, Blueprint Reading
OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our facility in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement, data analysis and manipulation, AS9100 standards, and blueprint reading.
Responsibilities- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
- Conduct data analysis and manipulation to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and regulations
- Interpret and analyze blueprints to ensure product quality
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills
- Prior experience working with AS9100 standards
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
