The nurse will care for interventional radiology cases, manage pre/post-operative bays, and support critically ill ICU patients, participating in innovative initiatives like hybrid surgical care and regional anesthesia. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication. Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, engaging in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practice at all times. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Supervision Experience: Not required.
