• Board: NBCRNA Board Certified
• Licenses: Active OH License or willingness to obtain
• Certifications: BLS/PALS
• Experience: 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred; Accepting new grads with peds experience
• Other Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity, physical/emotional stamina

• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and administer induction, maintenance, and emergence anesthesia.
• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical team.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
