Chimney Sales Representative

SureGlow Stove and Chimney, an Endura Services company | Cassville, MO

$35.00 per hour, plus 4% commission after training | Full-time | Company vehicle provided 

SureGlow Stove and Chimney is hiring a Sales Representative to serve homeowners in Cassville, Monett and the surrounding Barry County area. This is a job for someone who likes working with people and working with their hands. You will visit homeowners, inspect their chimney, stove and fireplace systems, explain what you find, and build the estimate for the work. It is a field role, so you are out of the office and in a different home most of the day. We provide the vehicle and we will train you on the trade.

The pay is $35.00 an hour from your first day, including your training period. After 90 days you also earn 4% commission on your own sales, on top of the hourly rate. The hourly does not go away when the commission starts.

What you will do

• Inspect chimneys, wood stoves, fireplaces, dryer vents and venting systems in customers' homes.

• Explain safety standards and maintenance needs to homeowners in plain language.

• Prepare and present written estimates for cleanings, repairs, installations and rebuilds.

• Close sales with a consultative approach. You are solving a safety problem, not pressuring anyone.

• Follow up with customers and build the relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

• Keep accurate records of inspections, photos and estimates.

What we are looking for

• Experience in sales, home services or a skilled trade.

• A strong communicator who builds trust quickly.

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own day in the field.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

• Comfortable working at heights and in customers' homes.

Helpful, but we will train you

• Chimney, wood stove, HVAC, roofing or other home services background.

• Experience with in-home estimating or CRM software.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Climb ladders and access rooftops safely.

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
