Every shift is an opportunity to create memorable brand experiences while building your communication and customer engagement skills.If you've worked in promotions, events, hospitality, retail sales, customer service, fitness, entertainment, or any role where your personality is your superpower, this could be the perfect fit.No tobacco industry experience required, just a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.Dates: 7/1/2026 – 12/31/2026Pay: $25 per hourSchedule: Wednesday - SundayLocation: Daily travel within the territoryRequired: Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's licenseThis role is perfect for people who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people every day, and getting paid to create engaging brand experiences.We're Looking for Brand Ambassadors Who Are:Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with peopleConfident communicators who enjoy starting conversations and building rapportProfessional, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brandAdaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environmentDetail-oriented and committed to following compliance requirementsPassionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving engagementJob Description:Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territoryEngage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco productsVerify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelinesAdminister consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insightsDistribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentivesEducate consumers on available promotionsEncourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagementBuild positive relationships with retail personnel and store managementAccurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systemsMaintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional mannerTravel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and eventsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferredExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong presentation and relationship-building abilitiesComfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to utilize mobile applications and reporting toolsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled eventsAbility to lift and carry up to 30 poundsSuccess FactorsCreate memorable and positive consumer experiencesBuild trust and credibility with adult consumersAchieve activation and survey completion goalsAccurately represent brand messaging and promotional offersMaintain exceptional compliance standardsDeliver reliable reporting and execution across every retail visitWork EnvironmentThis position requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory and frequent work within convenience store and retail environments.
