Client Team Senior Coordinator

FrontStreet Facility Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Coordinator to manage facility maintenance and repair requests for our clients. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities from initial request through completion. Responsibilities Receive, triage, and manage a high volume of facility maintenance work orders (approximately 25-50 per week) Troubleshoot client requests and coordinate the appropriate vendors or contractors Manage work orders from initial request through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and service Communicate frequently with clients and vendors by phone and email regarding service needs, status updates, and issue resolution Review vendor proposals and prepare client quotes for supervisor approval Identify practical, timely, and cost-effective solutions for client needs Monitor emergency and non-emergency service requests and proactively resolve issues before they escape Maintain accurate work order information and documentation within the company's management system Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2+ years of relevant client coordination, facilities, maintenance, service, vendor management, or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence Comfortable making and receiving frequent phone calls Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and effective when priorities change or urgent issues arise Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and basic math skills High school diploma or GED required Schedule Monday-Friday, with one late shift per week (9:30am-6:00pm), with one late night per week (10:30am-7:00pm), and a minimum of four weekend shifts per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr FrontStreet Facility Solutions, Inc
