No-touch freight: Mostly dry van cargo with about 70% drop and hook to keep you moving. Weekly volume: Expect to average between 2,300 and 2,500+ miles per week. Paid mentorship for recent CDL graduates If you have zero over-the-road experience but hold proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, we will pay you to learn. Our 3-to-5-week one-on-one program covers: Professional ELD management and total DOT compliance. Hands-on practice and supervised miles to build your confidence. Complete backing and road support before you transition to solo driving. What you need to qualify A valid Class A CDL (or 120-hour school certificate). A clean driving record (MVR) and a strong commitment to on-road safety. The flexibility to handle a bi-weekly home time rotation. Ability to pass the standard DOT drug test and physical exam.
