Our Farmers Insurance - The Al Shalash Agency in Joliet, IL is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. WE PROVIDE LEADS, hands-on training, constant support, and the opportunity to build a successful career helping customers protect what matters most.

No insurance experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with people, and are driven to succeed, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Follow up on leads and generate new business

• Recommend insurance solutions based on customer needs

• Achieve sales goals while providing excellent service

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Willingness to obtain an Illinois Property Casualty before starting, and your Life Health licenses within 60 days after starting
