Start your driving career with experienced professionals and begin earning immediately after CDL school, debt free. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL‑A graduates for its Eastern Regional Fleet operating out of Richmond, VA. This is a full‑time regional dry van position with paid one‑on‑one mentor training, no‑touch freight, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time options. Drivers earn $850 per week during training. Upon successful completion of the mentor program, drivers are assigned their own truck with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
