• 24-hour call -- out of house, beeper call
• 1:1 call ratio with 10% call back rate
• Level III NICU facility
• Extensive procedural skills required -- intubation, central lines, chest tubes
• Nitric oxide and exchange transfusion experience required
• Ventilation management -- newborn and pediatric, acute and chronic
• Hemodialysis catheter placement and diagnostic taps required
• Board certification required
