Captain / Second-in-Command

The Captain/Second-in-Command is tasked with ensuring the safe and proficient operation of JM Family Challenger 350 aircraft. This role involves managing flight operations to meet passenger needs, as well as performing additional duties to support department objectives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a solid commitment to safety, growth, and teamwork.Responsibilities:Conduct safe and efficient flight operations as Captain/Second-in-Command of the JM Family Challenger 350 aircraftEnsure flights are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulations to meet passenger and departmental needsPerform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, manage flight planning, and ensure all flight operations are executed safely and successfullyParticipate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain qualifications and stay current with industry standardsTake on non-flying duties as needed to support departmental objectives and contribute to team successQualifications:Airline Transport Pilot CertificateChallenger 300 or 350 Type Rating preferredFAA 61.58 Pilot-in-Command check completed within the last 12 months.Current FAA 1st Class Medical CertificateCurrent FCC Radio Operator's PermitValid U.S. PassportValid U.S. Driver's License2,500 hours of total flight time preferred1,000 hours of turbine fixed-wing flight experienceFlexibility to work weekends and/or holidays as required#LI-DL1#LI-OnsiteThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of JM Family.
