What You'll Do Bill and post approximately 300 vehicle deals per month Review deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Process retail, finance, lease, and cash transactions Verify lender contracts, funding requirements, rebates, and incentives Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing activities Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth deal processing We're Looking For Someone Who: Has automotive dealership accounting or deal billing experience Is highly organized and detail-oriented Understands dealership accounting processes and compliance requirements Has experience with Dealertrack, or similar systems Thrives in a high-volume environment Takes ownership and pride in their work What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation and holidays Career advancement opportunities within a respected dealership group Stable, professional work environment A team that values your contributions and expertise The Reality A dealership runs on great people behind the scenes.
