SEA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Role and Responsibilities Managing PSI, SCP and Financial Estimates for the HE categories: TV, MEM, and AV. Maximizes SCM operation efficiency by building mid- and long-term resource management strategy through in-advance-discussions regarding mid- and long-term demands. Run weekly PSI process, work with GOC and factories to receive SOP and RTF to our demand. Discuss and address shortages with Factories and GOC in Suwon. Provide ATS availability and aging model list to PM and Sales to close any sales gap and monitor aging reduction progress. Provide input to BM for AP2 buffer management to meet EOH targets and manage inventory risks. Provide financial estimates for the category on a weekly basis that provide guidance to Leadership and the rest of the LOB to manage the business. Liaison with Suwon HQ (GOC), improve processes and reduce costs.
