Your primary focus is to ensure all operations and member services meet and exceed expectations. You will also actively participate in service during both low and high-volume periods to support the team and uphold excellent service standards./ph3Reporting Structure/h3p Reports to the Restaurant Manager, Director of Restaurants, Director of Food Beverage or Assistant Director of Food Beverage/ph3Day to Day/h3ulliUphold Inviteds service standards as outlined in the service training program./liliOversee the service of food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring adherence to the Inviteds standards of service and excellence./liliDirectly and indirectly supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality and exceptional member and guest experience./liliAccurately execute member and guest orders and special requests./liliAssist in implementing training and incentive programs to maintain a well-trained staff focused on achieving service excellence, in alignment with the food beverage service training program./liliReview reservation books and function sheets for your shift, ensuring room setups align with booking and event requirements./liliInitiate opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, and complete the required closing procedures./liliInspect the cleanliness and setup of rooms, ensuring they are prepared for the next service or event and are ready for members./liliDocument tasks and notes in the shift log to ensure effective communication for the following shift./liliMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the al carte menu, including daily features and specials./liliDemonstrate a clear understanding of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club./liliActively participate in daily line-ups, weekly service trainings meetings, and special training sessions as requested./liliEnsure completion of daily assignments and side work to club standards, including maintaining clean, sanitary work areas and restocking supplies as needed./liliInteract professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests to enhance their experience./liliPerform additional duties as assigned by management./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliRepresent the companys management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliPromote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliSupport the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the clubs goals./li/ulh3About You/h3pRequired/pulliA high school diploma or equivalent./liliA minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food beverage industry./li/ulpPreferred/pulliPreferred certifications: ServeSafe Food Handlers Certificate, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification./liliCompletion of all food beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, FB Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliComputer/liliPoint of Sale/liliTrays (2 - 60 lbs.)/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
