Recruiter - Part Time

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Skilled Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talented professionals with great career opportunities. If you enjoy building relationships, sourcing top talent, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates in skilled trades, engineering, and professional positions
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled talent
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records
• Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay current on local labor market trends and recruiting best practices

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, manufacturing, engineering, or technical staffing
• You enjoy building relationships and helping people find career opportunities
• You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• You communicate professionally and confidently with candidates and clients
• You are proactive and resourceful in finding hard-to-reach talent
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency recruiting
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, manufacturing, technical, or professional positions preferred
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of employment laws and EEO guidelines is a plus
