Staff Nurse

The Role As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and supporting residents to enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will work closely with the wider care team, residents and their families to ensure care is safe, respectful and tailored to each individual. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care to residents Assess and monitor residents health and changing care needs Develop and contribute to individual care plans Administer medications safely and accurately Maintain clear and up-to-date clinical records Respond appropriately to changes in residents health or wellbeing Work closely with healthcare assistants, nursing colleagues and other healthcare professionals Communicate professionally and sensitively with residents and their families Promote residents dignity, independence, choice and comfort Maintain excellent standards of infection prevention and clinical practice Ensure nursing care is delivered in line with HIQA standards, policies and best practice We would be delighted to hear from nurses who: Hold active NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse Have a genuine interest in elderly care Have strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills Are caring, dependable and professional Enjoy working as part of a team Are committed to delivering consistently high standards of resident care Are fully eligible to work in Ireland without the need for a work permit or employment sponsorship, as sponsorship is not available for this role Whats on Offer Permanent Staff Nurse position Competitive salary, depending on experience Excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development Supportive and welcoming nursing team Positive, resident-focused working environment Opportunities to develop your experience within elderly care Ongoing training and professional development Convenient location on the Wicklow/Dublin border Opportunity to make a genuine difference in residents day-to-day lives Why Consider This Role?
