Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing cases, preparing legal documents, and maintaining organized client files. Responsibilities Draft discovery (propounding & responding) Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings Review defendant discovery responses and prepare discovery summaries Prepare deposition binders for attorneys Draft initial trial & FSC documents Assist with trial preparation as needed Conduct legal research and gather supporting case materials Communicate with clients as needed Ensure discovery deadlines are being met Qualifications: Paralegal certificate** A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience drafting discovery for a personal injury or civil law firm** Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Proficiency with legal document preparation and case management systems Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment What We Offer: Opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys at the best law firm in Ventura County (2 years in a row by VC Star) Professional growth in a collaborative legal environment Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and professional workplace culture Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
