Recruiting Consultant

To support healthcare staffing needs, the full-time Recruiting Consultant will independently develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals while working remotely on a temporary contract basis. Key responsibilities Plans and implements recruitment strategies to identify talented healthcare professionals Communicates assignment details to field staff to minimize cancellations and resolves employment issues Negotiates contract terms and places qualified candidates with clients nationally Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two years of customer service or sales experience Preferred two or four-year degree in business or a sales-related field Strong knowledge of job boards and social media Experience in the healthcare or staffing environment is preferred
