What You'll Do As a Maintenance Supervisor , you'll lead a team responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, beautiful, and running efficiently. From coordinating work orders to solving maintenance challenges, youll be the go-to expert who keeps everything moving. You'll oversee repairs, guide technicians, and ensure our residents experience the high standard of service Gaslight is known for. ? Qualifications Were looking for someone who brings both technical skill and leadership ability . Minimum 2 years leadership experience leading a team of 35 individuals 5+ years experience in general repair and maintenance Hands-on experience in: Plumbing HVAC Drywall Carpentry Electrical Appliance Repair ? Requirements Valid drivers license Reliable transportation Working smartphone Ability to pass a criminal background check $26-30 per hour based on experience ????
