Sales Associate – $20/hr + Commission + Paid Benefits

Full-Time | $20.00/hour + Commission | In-Person

Join Our Sales Team

We’re looking for a motivated, personable Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, helping customers make confident purchasing decisions, and taking ownership of the sales process from start to finish.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers shopping for premium products including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and billiard tables . You’ll manage customer relationships from the initial showroom visit or inquiry through product selection, purchase, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable talking with customers, motivated by sales goals, organized with follow-up, and excited to become an expert in the products we sell.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour + commission
• Full-time position
• Paid product and sales training

What You’ll DoManage the Customer & Sales Process

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, by email, and text.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and options that best fit their lifestyle, space, and budget.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through purchase and delivery.
• Consistently follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotes and provide customers with accurate product, pricing, financing, and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, lead activity, and follow-up information in HubSpot CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional, responsive, and honest communication.

Drive Sales Results

• Develop strong knowledge of our hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, billiard tables, accessories, and related products.
• Confidently explain product features, benefits, options, and differences to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Take ownership of assigned leads and opportunities.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and required sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns.

Support the Customer Experience

• Coordinate with delivery, service, and other departments to help provide a smooth customer experience from sale through delivery.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting showroom.
• Ensure product displays and customer areas are presentable and ready for business.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support customers at the register and assist with other store needs when necessary.

Be Part of the Team

• Work collaboratively with coworkers and other departments.
• Participate in biweekly sales meetings and monthly training.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and sales programs.
• Be dependable, flexible, and willing to help where needed.
• Work Saturdays and occasional Sundays as part of the regular sales schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, following up with leads, and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups at the same time.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM, point-of-sale, and other computer systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and text.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional integrity and good judgment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Dependable and able to work the required retail schedule, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Schedule

Full-time, in-person position

Showroom hours are:

• Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

Saturday availability is required. Occasional Sundays are also required based on scheduling and business needs.
