Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP license required
• Accepting SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping students with diverse speech and language needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional input
• Provide guidance and resources to families and educational staff
