What You'll Do Assist in formulating and optimizing two‑component epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic coatings, with a primary focus on flooring applications for concrete and protective surfaces. Support lab testing and validation of product performance, including adhesion, durability, and chemical resistance, under the guidance of senior team members. Aid in scaling formulations from lab bench to production, contributing to manufacturing troubleshooting and process improvements as projects progress. Maintain detailed lab records, formulations, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance in a fast‑paced R&D environment. Collaborate with sales, production, and technical teams to address customer needs, while executing assigned projects independently with minimal direct supervision. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Coatings, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field 4+ years of hands‑on experience in coatings formulation with core knowledge of 2K epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems, particularly for flooring and protective applications; familiarity with water‑based and solvent‑based industrial coatings. Proven ability to execute lab‑based projects with strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort multitasking in a dynamic, small‑business setting.
