Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA required. 3+ years of accounting experience in either: Public Accounting, or A large manufacturing or industrial organization. Strong knowledge of GAAP. Experience independently owning accounting processes (not solely supporting or assisting). Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills required. ERP experience required; Oracle preferred. Experience with BlackLine, Planful, or similar financial systems is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Description This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3+ years of experience who is looking to expand their responsibilities and build a long-term career in corporate accounting. The ideal candidate will hold a CPA, have a strong understanding of GAAP, and possess experience working in a large manufacturing environment or public accounting.

Key Responsibilities Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Assist with inventory accounting and analysis. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and disclosures. Participate in audits and provide supporting documentation and analysis. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial analysis. Learn and develop expertise in accounting processes, systems, and close procedures. Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the accounting function.
