Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor shared team email inboxes
• Assign incoming projects and track workload distribution
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and project tracking
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers in Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely responses
• Track project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables
• Help maintain organized records and documentation
• Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or project coordination
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working in a fast-paced operations or project environment
