About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2018 and is a growing team of six focused on building a strong, professional, and growth-oriented environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in corporate marketing and business development, which shaped my approach to leadership, strategy, and helping others succeed. I'm also an avid supporter of youth sports and enjoy staying connected to the community through local activities and events. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
