Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project management teams.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint).
- Identify and address delays, shortages, or scheduling risks proactively.
- Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization within procurement operations.
Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience as an Expeditor, Procurement Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist (construction or manufacturing preferred). Pipes, Valves, Fittings, and Electrical procurement
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/project management software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with a teamwork mindset.
