Job Summary

Emergency Room, Sioux City, Iowa: The traveler contributes clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team providing and managing patient care. The role requires active clinical certifications, an Iowa license, and the ability to support patient care across the same discipline when needed.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week; every third weekend.
• Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience; active Iowa license; active Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications; an active drivers license. American Heart Association (AHA) certification is preferred for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); American Red Cross or United States military certifications are also accepted.
• Additional Information: The role supports interdisciplinary patient care and may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses. Travelers are required to work two of three winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years Day.
