My career with State Farm began in 1995 in Claims Operations, then I later became an Agency Liaison, which gave me the opportunity to work closely with many agents and learn from their success before opening my own office. I’m a father of three and truly enjoyed being part of my kids’ activities growing up. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active - whether that’s going to the gym, golfing, or spending time outdoors. I also have a strong passion for sports. Our team is built on listening first and delivering exceptional care to our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Kaneda - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
