X-Ray Technologist
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray examinations as requested by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
- Evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately.
- Assist in patient education regarding procedures and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid radiologic technologist license.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Strong understanding of imaging procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and safety.
