Night Shift Caregiver (CNA / DSP / HHA / RA) – Senior Community Support Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend Pay: $21 to $25 per hour + shift differentials + bonus potential Weekday Nights: +$1.75 per hour What You’ll Do Support residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Provide overnight supervision and safety monitoring. Respond to resident needs with compassion and urgency. Document care and communicate changes to nursing staff. Help maintain a peaceful and structured overnight routine. What We’re Looking For Background as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver is helpful but not required. Interest in working in long‑term care or senior living environments. Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support. Reliable, team‑oriented, and strong communicator.
