Location: 4101 N Mattox Rd, Riverside MO - M-F 8am - 4:30pm Pay Rate: $22-$24/HR Duration: Till 3/31/2026

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will be interacting directly with client

Team Overview: Resource's typical working day: Weekly, monthly, quarterly PM's that are assigned weekly - Firelight safety systems - Exit signs - Fire extinguishers checked - Air compressor systems need to be checked - Air filters need to be checked Run weekly generators Docks levelers, restraints, lubricated Fork lift maintenance, safety checks Basic plumbing fixes - Toilet batteries - Sink drains Electrical fixes - Light bulbs Escorting vendors and assisting Filter changes of rooftop generators Lubricating

Licenses/Certifications: Areal lift certification preferred Fork lift certified preferred (specific site test still required) Must Have Skills: Basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical skills Must be willing to learn and take on new skills Excellent customer service skills Professionalism is a must Nice to have skills: Basic knowledge of - Generators - Firelight system - Dock systems - Fork lift maintenance - Air compressors - HVAC rooftop systems (commercial)

Years of Experience: 3+ years Education h.s. diploma or GED Software skills: Microsoft office suite - Outlook Basic computer skills

Interview Process: 1st round virtual (Teams) 2nd round possible

About the Role: As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
