What You’ll Do: Lead and motivate crew members to deliver fast, friendly service. Communicate shift priorities, assign tasks, and set clear goals. Train, coach, and provide feedback to help team members succeed. Create and maintain a guest-first culture —resolving concerns with care. Ensure brand standards, recipes, and safety guidelines are followed. Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and guest-ready. Drive sales and support store profitability. Manage cash handling and ensure accuracy during your shift. What We’re Looking For: Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment . Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ready to Lead with Dunkin’?
