Responsibilities What You’ll Do Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on certifications, skills, and customer needs while providing timely updates throughout the repair process. Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by answering questions, securing approvals, managing purchase orders, and ensuring a positive service experience. Monitor technician productivity, track repair progress, and help keep service work on schedule and aligned with company standards. Support the full service lifecycle, including parts coordination, vendor purchase orders, maintenance agreements, invoicing details, and operational follow-through. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to organize multiple priorities, manage schedules, and coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and confidence working with service systems, repair documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing processes. A team-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
