Material HandlerLocation: Anoka, MNShift: Full-TimePay: Competitive Pay + BenefitsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Material Handler to support production operations by picking and delivering parts throughout the warehouse and production areas. In this role, you will be responsible for locating inventory, fulfilling production orders, and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and efficiently.This is an active position that requires frequent walking, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment in a clean manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPick parts and materials from the warehouse for production orders.Transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, pallets, and tuggers.Organize and stage materials for production teams.Utilize lifts to retrieve parts from higher storage locations.Assist with receiving, inventory replenishment, and stock organization.Walk throughout the warehouse to locate and retrieve products.Maintain a safe and organized work area.Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience.Experience with material handling, order picking, stocking, or inventory management.Comfortable using pallet jacks.Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (most lifts are 20-30 lbs).Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.Must be comfortable working at heights.Preferred:Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:Stand-Up ForkliftTuggersOrder Pickers/LiftsReceiving and unloading experience.Why Join Us?Clean manufacturing environmentOpportunities for advancement into Lead and Supervisor rolesTuition Reimbursement ProgramComprehensive benefits upon direct hireStable, growing company with long-term career potentialWork EnvironmentLarge, clean warehouse facility.Temperature-controlled warehouse with large industrial fans.Production areas may become warm during summer months.Steel-toe shoes are required.Active role involving frequent walking, standing, lifting, and material movement.If you have warehouse, order picking, material handling, or inventory experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we'd love to hear from you.Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.85 - $22.85/hr.
