Cannabis Dispensary Customer Experience Specialist

Essential Employment Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Personal Service Provider for our Norwich, CT dispensary.
You will be the face of our store, helping patients and customers select cannabis products and ensuring compliance with state regulations while delivering a welcoming, informative experience. Responsibilities include completing compliant transactions, assisting customers, keeping the sales floor clean, and maintaining accurate cash drops.
