Overview Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care — Gallup, NM. Start 09/01/2026 for 10 weeks. Weekly pay $879-$924 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 Night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). Monitor residents’ health status, assess changes, and report to the supervising RN promptly. Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and comfort measures; support mobility and positioning to prevent complications. Perform routine nursing tasks within scope, including vital signs, wound care, and documentation of care plans and progress notes. Support nutrition and hydration needs; observe intake and document concerns or changes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and communicate with residents’ families as appropriate.
