This role is ideal for someone with construction project management experience who enjoys working with customers, coordinating field teams, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, serving as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, field crews, and internal teams. Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, site visits, quality control, change management, and final project closeout.What You'll Be DoingManage commercial construction projects from start to finishDevelop project schedules, track progress, and keep projects moving forwardCoordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departmentsReview project scope, drawings, schedules, costs, and deliverablesIdentify and resolve project issues before they impact the schedule or budgetManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costsAttend customer meetings and job-site meetingsVisit project sites to monitor progress, quality, safety, and scopeCoordinate project resources and assign tasks as neededMaintain regular communication with customers and project stakeholdersEnsure work meets project specifications and quality standardsMaintain organized project documentation throughout the projectHandle project closeout and final documentationTypes of Projects & ExperienceCommercial doors and hardwareAluminum storefront and entrancesGlass and glazingArchitectural building productsSpecialty commercial construction productsAccess control and security systemsRelated commercial constructionWhat We're Looking For1–3+ years of project management experienceConstruction or commercial building products experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityComfortable working with customers, vendors, and field personnelStrong mathematical and analytical skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyValid U.S. driver's licenseAssociate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applicationsWhy Join the Team?You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with customers and field teams, and play an important role in delivering successful commercial construction projects.
