The posted compensation range of $32.30 - $48.05/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions. Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction. To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Assists with pre-procedure education and preparing patient for procedure.
• Scrubs and assists physicians during procedures.
• Performs monitoring function throughout procedures. Documents clinical information in patient record.
• Performs arterial and/or venous sheath removal utilizing deployment of closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression and transport patients.
• Performs daily maintenance, quality assurance testing, equipment cleaning, and supply re-stocking.
• Effectively communicates and works cooperatively with team members, patients, families, guests, and providers.
