Job Title : Global Pathology Quality Control Scientist
Location : Groton, CT
Contractor Work Model : Onsite
Compensation : $50 - $56.70/hr
Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

• Conduct all aspects of Quality Control of anatomic and/or clinical pathology data, specimens, and reports on GLP and non-GLP studies.
• Perform regulatory responsibilities in compliance with applicable standards including SOPs, GLP, EHS, and animal welfare regulations.
• Adhere to study reporting timelines and contribute to data integrity in DSRD publication.
• Assist with pathology scheduling tasks as needed.

Requirements

• B.S. in Biology or related field with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of necropsy, histology, clinical pathology, and animal science.
• 5 years experience in a GLP environment.
• 5 years relevant experience in quality control.
