Director, Fraud - Forensics

Lead the fraud and forensic practice and help manage the team Grow the practice by selling new business and hiring and building a team Manage dispute, fraud, forensic, and litigation support consulting engagements Prepare and/or review detailed financial models and economic damages calculations Lead fraud investigations, including embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, and health care fraud Lead dispute and litigation consulting matters Support business development by preparing proposals and attending industry and networking events Oversee and execute A+ client delivery Lead, mentor, and professionally develop CFO Advisory team members Build team culture for scaling a hyper-growth consulting business Cultivate relationships with senior executives and private equity sponsors to generate projects Support business development with client delivery or sector-specific expertise Foster a growth and business development mindset Act as a thought leader in the market Deliver fact-driven, solution-oriented consulting engagements meeting Armanino’s A+ Execution standard Supervise execution teams, provide senior project leadership, and manage evolving client needs Requirements BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business-related field or relevant work experience Minimum of 10 years of experience providing litigation support, investigation, and forensic accounting services CPA license, and/or CFE, and/or MAFF, and/or CFF preferred Other credentials that relate to fraud and forensic investigations, business valuations, and the like are highly preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading fraud investigations, forensic accounting, and litigation support while effectively managing and developing a high-performing team. Proven ability to drive business development and cultivate relationships with senior executives and private equity sponsors.
