Clinical Dietician OpportunityLooking for a Clinical Dietician to join our team! Expanding services across Northern Virginia Outpatient clinics to include registered dietician. This position will serve Manassas, Burke, and Century locations (and other locations as needed). This will be a hybrid work from home as well as some weeks where employee reports to one location that week (Example: First week of the month employee reports to Manassas, second week of the month employee reports to Burke) for a couple of days.Responsible for the assessment and nutritional management of acute and chronic disease in the outpatient setting. May include individual and group counseling, culinary nutrition, community outreach, public education and scheduling. Develops and/or implements a comprehensive care plan based on assessment and evaluation of patient/caregiver needs.EducationBachelor's Degree (Required)Master's Degree in NutritionIf Bachelor's Degree is in major other than Dietetics, must complete an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics.Certification/LicensureBLS is required to be obtained within 90 days of hire.Registered Dietitian (RD) must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
