Arizona Certified Caregiver - Memory Care- Part-Time

Role Overview

Our Certified Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Document services provided, changes of condition and observations from the shift
• Follow the activity calendar and assist resident in participation

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience working in Memory Care
• A love for seniors
• Fingerprint Card, Food Handlers Card and CPR/First Aid Certified
• Clear TB
• Certified Caregiver in Arizona
