Full-Time | In Office | Monday-Friday | 9AM–5PM

Salary Range: $56,000 - $60,000 per year

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a creative, organized, and technology-minded Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience across social media, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, recruiting marketing, lead generation, and AI-powered technology.

What You’ll Do

Social Media and Content Creation

• Create engaging, brand-consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, email campaigns, and our website
• Develop graphics, short-form videos, captions, articles, and other content designed to attract candidates and engage clients
• Help manage the company’s social media calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and creative formats that could expand our reach
• Curate relevant healthcare, employment, and career-development content for our audiences
• Help grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness across multiple platforms

Digital Marketing and Campaigns

• Support digital campaigns across social media, email, Google, job boards, and recruiting platforms
• Write and optimize website and campaign content to improve SEO, traffic, and conversions
• Track performance metrics—including engagement, clicks, leads, applications, and conversions
• Prepare reports and use campaign results to recommend improvements
• Develop creative strategies to increase brand visibility, candidate engagement, and lead generation
• Assist with maintaining and updating website content through WordPress

AI and Marketing Technology

• Use ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools to support content development, research, campaign planning, and workflow efficiency
• Explore emerging AI and marketing technologies and recommend practical ways to use them
• Help develop automated email, text-message, social media, and candidate-engagement campaigns
• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing and recruiting activities

Recruitment Marketing

• Create, publish, and optimize job advertisements for Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms
• Develop targeted campaigns to attract nurses, paraprofessionals, and other healthcare professionals
• Support email and text-message campaigns through our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and develop effective candidate-attraction strategies
• Review campaign and job-posting performance and recommend adjustments to improve results

Business Growth and Team Support

• Assist with business development and lead-generation initiatives
• Support employer-branding, employee-engagement, and company-recognition campaigns
• Contribute fresh ideas during marketing and recruiting strategy discussions
• Assist with special projects and related administrative responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
• One to three years of relevant marketing, social media, content, or digital communications experience (internships count)
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, email-marketing platforms, analytics tools, or similar technology
• Genuine interest in AI, marketing automation, and emerging digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking combined with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work in our Hicksville office Monday through Friday

Experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruitment marketing is helpful but not required. A portfolio or examples of social media, writing, design, video, or campaign work are strongly encouraged.
