Quality Technician / Inspector | $22/hr | 1st Shift | Hiring Immediately

Location: Manchester, CT
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you a detail-oriented quality professional looking for a stable opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are hiring a Quality Technician / Inspector in Manchester, CT to help ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with inspection experience who enjoys working hands-on in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality results.

What You’ll Do:

Perform in-process and final inspections on materials and finished products
Inspect products and manufacturing processes to ensure specifications are met
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Verify products meet customer requirements before shipment
Maintain quality documentation and inspection records
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated
Follow safety procedures and maintain required PPE standards

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or manufacturing inspection experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience using inspection tools and equipment
Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
AS9100 and/or Nadcap experience is a plus
